What are the little figures?

They're not literal AI, not humans, not robots — just a playful visual metaphor. Each one represents a kind of completed work wandering around the village it built. The little badge over their head tells you which:

Everything in this village is grown from real, sanitized records of completed Claude Code work — nothing here is a synthetic demo. The buildings, dates and descriptions are real; the village layout and the wandering figures are just a fun way to look at it.
